When it comes to all-mountain skis, the Stöckli Stormrider series is a legendary range that just keeps racking up more points. In the women’s line, the Stormrider 85 Motion won the "Accessibility/Performance" award last season, and this year won the “Best Ski” medal.

The ski is comfortable in all types of terrain and in all conditions. Frontside performance in particular is excellent. The Stormrider 85 Motion is playful, grippy, stable, and confidence-inspiring. The user’s manual is pretty simple, the ski is “easy to tame,” and you’ll start to have fun after just a few turns.

Off-piste, the ski is comfortable both in powder and chopped-up snow.

A real “all-snow all-terrain ski,” it stands out, like its counterparts in the men’s line, because of its excellent ability to absorb uneven terrain.

At nearly 1,000 euros a pair including bindings, the ski is expensive, but you get a lot for your money. The Stöckli Stormrider 85 Motion is an excellent ski for advanced to expert female skiers who want a responsive ski that performs well on groomers but can go off-piste when necessary.

The Stormrider 85 is a true all-rounder, as comfortable in powder snow as it is on hardpack where it behaves like a frontside ski.

It is lively, has excellent edge hold, and is very stable at speed.

For advanced to expert female skiers who want a high-performance ski that is very solid on hard snow but ready for freeride skiing as well!
